Marvedo's legal operator and address have not yet been determined, so these fields are intentionally blank. Do not use this as a final policy before verifying the operator and data processing details.

The website is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare. Its infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times and technical connection information to deliver and secure the service. Language routing uses a country code, not precise browser location.

The review form adds your website URL to a draft in your email app. It does not crawl your website or submit the form to a server. If you send the email, your email address, website URL and message are used to assess and answer your request. Do not send passwords, access keys or unnecessary personal information.

Your TR/EN selection is stored for 180 days in the marvedo_locale preference cookie. No advertising, marketing pixels or visitor analytics tags are currently installed. Disclosures and any required preference controls must be reviewed before adding them.

The marketing site's review form does not connect to your Google account, request Search Console or Analytics data, or send your data to an AI model. The separate application's Google scopes, purposes, retention, providers and deletion process must be verified and covered before an OAuth submission.

Cloudflare provides hosting infrastructure, and the email service provider supports communication. Processing regions, contracts and international transfer mechanisms must be confirmed by the operator. This draft makes no unverified data residency or transfer assurances.

A retention schedule and deletion procedure for correspondence have not yet been approved. You can send access, correction or deletion requests to hello@marvedo.com. Applicable rights, legal bases and deadlines must be completed once the operator and jurisdiction are known.
