From the first step to follow-up

First, findings. Then an agreed plan.

Email your URL to request a free preliminary review. If you need further support, we decide together which pages, tasks and data to focus on.

Four steps forward.

The first step is sharing your URL and goal. Further research, content and measurement are planned separately around your needs.

  1. Request a preliminary review.

Share your URL to request a free preliminary review. The form opens an email draft; our team evaluates the request you send. It does not provide automated crawling or downloadable reports.

This initial review excludes competitor research and AI visibility measurement. No account, card or subscription is required.

  2. Agree on scope and pricing.

We discuss your need and initial findings, then agree on the pages, deliverables, data you choose to share and price before work starts.

At this stage we determine which technical audit, competitor, content or GEO work is relevant.

  3. Review recommendations and drafts.

We review findings alongside the affected pages and content recommendations alongside their sources. You or your team approve the text and changes before publication.

Sharing a URL does not authorize changes. The request form does not start a crawl.

  4. Measure changes after the work.

For the agreed measurements, we compare before and after. Google clicks, brand mentions and links in AI answers are evaluated separately.

We record dates and scope. A single increase is not proof of causation, and we do not guarantee rankings or growth.

What can you prepare for the first conversation?

Your website and the problem you want to solve are enough to start. If available, these details help us focus:

  • The URL of a page you want to improve.
  • Your priority: a technical issue, content gap or visibility measurement.
  • Competitors or content you want to compare.
  • Reports you choose to share and previous changes.

Keep using your existing tools.

Marvedo does not replace every SEO tool. In a full engagement, we can evaluate shared reports alongside page reviews and agree on the data sources together.
