Terms of use

Marvedo is a subscription-based SEO and GEO software platform that combines Search Console data, website audits, research, recommendations, and progress tracking in one workspace. Marvedo is not an advertising agency or a consulting service that publishes changes on a customer's behalf.

You create your own account. You must provide accurate, current information and protect your account and session details. Marvedo may restrict new account registration where security risks or abuse are suspected. If you open an account on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Third-party connections such as Google Search Console are optional and are enabled only with your authorization. You can revoke permissions at any time through the relevant provider or Marvedo. You may connect only websites and data that you are authorized to use and share.

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malicious crawling, security testing, spam, rights violations, or processing another person's confidential data. Attempts to disrupt the service, exceed limits, or bypass technical safeguards are prohibited.

Marvedo provides findings, priorities, drafts, and measurement context. These outputs are not professional legal or financial advice or a guarantee of performance. You evaluate and publish every change to your website; Marvedo does not modify your website without your explicit authorization.

New accounts start with a free trial; no payment details are requested for the trial. When you move to a paid plan, the price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and any taxes are shown before purchase; no payment is taken without your approval. The website alone does not start a payment or a paid subscription.

The Marvedo software, design, brand, and original content belong to Marvedo or its licensors. You retain rights to your own data and content and grant only the permission required for us to provide the service.

Search rankings, traffic growth, sales, and citations in AI answers are not guaranteed. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed as they are developed. Marvedo provides the service with reasonable care but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Access may be restricted in the event of a security risk, unlawful use, or a material breach of these terms. To terminate your account or request deletion of your data, email hello@marvedo.com; records required for legal and security purposes may be retained.

Subject to mandatory consumer and data protection provisions, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes. Contact hello@marvedo.com with questions.
