How do I get started?
Sign up free with your Google account or email; no credit card needed. The trial comes with 5 credits, 1 site and 1 user; once you connect Search Console, your weekly jobs start arriving.
What is a credit, and when is it used?
Credits are used in Chat: 1 question is 1 credit, 1 article is 5 credits. A failed answer costs nothing. Unused credits roll over to the next month as far as the plan allows.
What happens when my credits run low?
When your credits drop to a fifth of the plan’s allowance you see it in the app and get one email per period. Nothing is charged automatically; to change plans, just write to us.
How do I pay?
Online payment is coming soon. For now, write to hello@marvedo.com and we open your paid plan the same day. Prices are in US dollars, excluding VAT; nothing is charged without your approval.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, at any time. Each plan includes everything in the one before; when you switch, your data and jobs stay as they are.
