What does the instant scan check?
Access and indexing.
The page’s response code, HTTPS, redirects, server response time, noindex directives, robots.txt permission, sitemap, clean URL and measurement tags.
Search result appearance.
Page title and length, meta description, canonical URL, share preview, structured data types and breadcrumbs.
Content, structure and trust.
Heading hierarchy, question-style subheadings, tables, visible text in the initial HTML, internal and external links, broken internal links, image attributes, author and date information, organization schema.
AI access.
Whether OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google and Bing crawlers may access the page according to robots.txt; whether a CDN or firewall turns these crawlers away; login walls and llms.txt.
What doesn’t it do?
The instant scan reads the page you enter; it only checks the response codes of links, doesn’t crawl the whole site and doesn’t run JavaScript. It doesn’t predict rankings, traffic or mentions in AI answers, and it doesn’t reduce your site to a single score. Findings are based on measured data; each one shows why it matters and what to do next.

Your security and data
Only pages that are publicly reachable on the internet are scanned; internal network and private IP addresses are refused. Our crawler identifies itself as MarvedoScan; the single request made for the CDN test also carries the GPTBot identity. Page content is not stored; the result for the same page is cached for 10 minutes. If too many scans are made in a short time, you’ll be asked to wait a minute.
The scan makes no changes to your site and asks for no account permissions. Don’t enter passwords, API keys or private addresses. If the scan doesn’t work, you can send your website address to hello@marvedo.com instead.
